Ambelis filter glasses have an additional filter. In addition to UV light, they absorb the short, high-energy wavelengths of visible blue light. Contrast vision is therefore improved and unpleasant glare is reduced.
Ambelis is available with different frames and a variety of shades for all light conditions.

- The mask retains in particular the very short-wave annoying parts of the spectrum, while ensuring a large transmission of light. Masks are therefore primarily suitable for the visually impaired.
- The dark top edge ensures that the mask touches the head, thus preventing parasitic rays from infiltrating from the top. This protection is reinforced by the wide branches with integrated filters.
- Recommended in the case of eye diseases such as cataract, retinopathy pigment, macular degeneration, albinism, glaucoma, optic atrophy.
- Flexible branch ends for a good adaptation.
- In general, always test selective filters individually, preferably in real conditions of use, for example in the apartment or outdoors.
